i have problems reaching the server 99% of the time.
When i ping kaisenlinux.org or deb.kaisenlinux.org no packets go trough.
Updateing or installing new software is impossible for me.

Sorry for my late reply.
Concerning the ping, it is normal, it is blocked on our firewalls.
Concerning the updates or the download on deb.kasienlinux.org, the problem has been solved, the load peaks due to the arrival of Kaisen Linux on Distrowatch forced me to resize the servers.
You should not have any more problems today
