A PR is a Pull Request on Gitlab.

For exemple, you want to contribute to the kaisenlinux.org website, the repository is here: Kaisen Linux / Websites / kaisenlinux.org · GitLab

You can create a fork of the project (from your gitlab account) and purpose us your code to merge in the master branch on our side.
